Wanted. I need to move by July 15 and would like to begin renting by June 1 or 15. I need a large, cheap space, preferably in or near Talmadge / Kensington. In addition to commercial space, other possibilities would be a house whose owner is in a nursing home but who won't let her family sell the house because she might move back home someday, or a situation in which someone will be abroad or working away from San Diego for a few months.
