This march will be held in love and light of unity and inclusivity. We are representing on the West Coast in San Diego for all of those who cannot travel to the March in D.C. This is not an 'Anti Movement' this is a PRO movement. This is a Pro Peace Movement. Safety. Safe Space. Respect for our fellow human. We honor the system our country is run by but we are standing together to support Women. Please wear your Standing On the Side of Love t-shirt if you have one or other liberal-progressive/UU shirt to show solidarity.

First UU Church Intern Minister Alix Klingenberg will be flying to the East coast to march for women, people of color, LGBTQ folk, Muslims, people with disabilities, and every person of conscience in this country. To join her, contact Alix. For those for whom this trip is not an option, know there are so many ways we can and will fight for our rights and freedoms. Speak up by calling your representatives, by writing poetry and making art, by sitting next to someone at risk on the bus or being more kind to a stranger. We have many groups at First UU who are doing incredible work here in San Diego. Join us as we answer the call of love.
