On Saturday, May 9th SUUN sponsored the event "Economic Summit - Bridging Inequality Through Justice" day-long conference at First UU Church in Hillcrest featuring Rabbi Laurie Coskey as the keynote speaker. The event was from 8:30am-2pm and also featured Christian Ramirez (Immigration), Nicole Caprets (Climate Change), Avery Wear (Income Inequality) and Kevin Malone (Racism). It was sponsored by the UU Justice Ministry of California and the Economic Justice Action Group of First UU Church of San Diego. Download the event flyer.
