Non-people of color (white people) often don’t understand the pain experienced by people of color (POC) as a result of microaggressions. Gain insight from this short video (Strong language at 1:00 and 1:07). Microaggressions: Brief verbal and/or behavioral actions whether intentional or unintentional that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative slights and insults that people of color (POC) endure every day—but usually aren’t noticed by white people who commit them.
