SUUN convenes as the church year begins

This past weekend, September 20th, 2014, your boards met at Summit Fellowship in Santee to discuss governance and operations so that we can be more effective in meeting your goals for our congregations. This engaging dialog was facilitated by the Reverend David Miller of UUFSD and Jan Gallo of First Church. Some of the topics that we discussed were governance and how each congregation operates, leadership, and conflict resolution.  It was great to sit down at the start of the church year with people who had a wide variety of skills and gain new perspectives on boards and congregations.
